I trained myself a falcon · for more than one whole year and when I'd really tamed him · to be as I desired and I had bound his feathers · with precious golden bands he took wing, and rose up high · and flew to another land. Since then I've seen that falcon · flying free: wearing silken jesses · on his feet, and I could see the red gold · of his feathers. May God bring them together · who love and trust each other. |
